Indian Overseas Bank PO Exam 2009
Indian Overseas Bank invites applications from all the candidates who are interested in getting recruited for the post of Probationary Officer in Junior Management Pay Scale. There are total of 1250 posts for the probationary officer for which it is conducting the whole recruitment program. It has been regarded as one of the reputed banks and has its branches all over the country
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must be an Indian National
- The candidates must have done their graduation from the recognized University.
- The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 65% marks as aggregate in the degree examinations.
- The candidate must be computer literate for possessing the joining in the bank.
- The candidate must have done Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) for entry into this qualification.
- The candidate must not be more than 30 years of age and must not be less than 21 years of age.
- Last date for applying for this program: 16th Feb, 2009
- Pay Scale - Rs.10000 ?-18240
- Approximate Cost to Company after confirmation would be around Rs.4.00 lakhs p.a
- All eligible candidates have to appear in Written Examination which will be conducted by the bank.
- The candidates will be selected on the basis of the merit obtained by them in the entrance examination.
- Bank will conduct Objective Test consisting of Test of Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and English Language (225 Questions carrying total marks of 200 with total time duration of 135 minutes ) as detailed below:
- Test of Reasoning Ability (75 questions)
- Test of Quantitative Aptitude (50 question)
- Test of General Awareness (50 question)
